We provide two types of construction services. They are:

• Construction Escrow Disbursing (Residential and Commercial)
• Lender’s Construction Inspection Services

As a construction escrow agent, we provide documents for the construction escrow, review all lien waivers, and inspect your
project at the time of each draw to verify the degree of completion. We will be pleased to create a package of construction escrow
